Refund Policy

At MODU, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we've got you covered. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a clear photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: MODU is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
