How long does it take to receive my order?

All MODU products are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production, plus shipping time. US orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after production. Qatar orders typically take 2–4 weeks after production.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every item is made just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for size or preference reasons. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately at modu.essential@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started, and we are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
